SSI stand for "server side include"
In order for you to use SSI you need to give your SSI pages the .shtml extension

We do support Microsoft FrontPage 98, 2000 2003
AT this point we do not allow FrontPage extensions to be used on our servers, due to security issues. But we do allow Microsoft FrontPage 98, 2000 2003 to be used without extensions.
This service is only if you are designing your own web site. We do not program (ACSi's Team) in FrontPage or assist in FrontPage.

Just log into your Account Management Control Panel and create a support ticket, requesting the new hosting account and we will respond through the ticket system.

Yes, you have your own CGI-BIN and can upload via FTP. You can only ftp to a bin called CGI-BIN-NEW, this is a temp holding space so our engineers can view the script to make sure that there is no security problems with your coding. Than we will move it to the proper CGI-BIN. Please notify our support dept for review. (Create a Ticket)

No, we do not have our banners or forced advertising on your site.
It is your hosting space and it is up to you what to upload to it.

If you have already a domain name registered or hosted some where else we do charge a transfer fees. It is $14.95 and you get a additional year of domain registration added on to your domain life. So you benefit receiving the additional year for your domain name.

No we do not charge set up fees. If you want one of our engineers to transfer your entire website from another hosting company to ours, we can do this for a fee. Fee is based on a per basis. Yes, all you pay for is the hosting package/plan of your choice.

Note: If you are having a problem with your domain or cannot get the DNS to point correctly, you will need to contact the company that is controlling your domain. Don't call us since we do not have control of your domain. You may remedy this problem, by switching to us for your domain server as well. Then you will only have one company to communicate with if you have any situations. This will benefit you greatly!
