HELPDESK Ticket Support - To obtain direct assistance from our staff regarding your account, pre-sales or sales questions, server issues, billing issues, program issues, etc. You must be logged in and create a support ticket. - Click to enter now

PASSWORD RETRIEVAL - (Lost Password) Use our Password Retrieval Form to have a new password sent to you. You will need to enter your username or email address as it is listed in your ACSi account. An email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to click. Click that link and your new password will be emailed. - Click to enter now

Remote Support Service ACSi offers remote support service to pre-qualified clients. This service includes, but not limited to: Remote training and support, System Repair, Virus Removeal, and System Checkup. We can access your system and just about repair anything. You must download our file to allow us to access your system. The file is password protected and you must be a pre-qualified client to get the "PASSWORD". The file is called "help.exe" - Click here to download the file. -

Data Center Server(s) Report Sept. 22, 2009 - ACSi had a problem with one of our servers in the data center. Technicians were dispatched and the problem is temporarily solved. A replacement part is on order for a permanent fix. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have. - Contact support if your site is still experiencing any problems.
